I am trying to remember this manga I read in the past where this boy gets transported to another world where only females rule and the men are their slaves. But in this world the females have powers but the males don't but this boy does have special powers which make him different. I also think this was a shounen Ai but I am not 100% sure.

hmm well there is Operation Liberate Men where the protagonist is a tomboy girl; from the description it could match though I'm not sure about the detais since I haven't read it :/
