It seems the author has started publishing this story again, this time as a Webtoon in naver. But it will take some time to catch up.
Edit: the series has caught up now and the second season will begin on November.
Edit 2:- the series can be seen on an app called Naver series, not the Naver Webtoon app
Edit 3:- Actually, Season 2 also mostly consisted of content which was already covered/shown in the Manhwa before. While season 1 had events after Suha came to Para empire, Season 2 focussed on Ganesha's past. But the last 6 episodes/chapters contained new events in the story. The story has gone on hiatus for now and may take a bit of time to come back, but Season 3 is assured to have only new content and the continuation of the story.

The story takes place in a parallel world where Man evolved differently. In this world, women are born with esper abilities which allowed them to dominate and enslave men. Through generations of breeding, ugly men are discarded and pretty boys are used for procreation. By this effort, most of the men depicted in this manwha are "beautiful". It is a facinating view of a world ruled by women.
Wikipedia states that author will continue series after she finishes her current project. :-) I am looking forward to it.

I love this one. I hope it will be finished in the future. It's such a waste to let a nice story like this on hiatus forever T_T The art is so beautiful and the plot is good, easy to follow, although the author keeps going from the past and the present >"< You should try this one if you're into historical genre.

I was hesitant to read this at first because I knew I'd run the risk of being distraught with disappointment at its hiatus if I ended up liking it. And I did. I'm pretty much heartbroken that at this rate it will never be finished. T__T
But in all, this was a really good gender bender that was unlike any manhwa I've read. There was no melodrama, unnecessary violence, psychotic characters ect that a lot of stories typically have (I also think a lot of manhwa's follow vaguely similar plot lines). It was refreshing to me to see original ideas and spins on an already unique storyline and it goes very in-depth with fictional history (detail and expansion on the past - pretty surreal and awesome) Despite that, I did think some parts of the flashbacks (story arch involving one of the character's past) were a bit long, dragging on the present state of the story and ultimately left me even more disappointed with how it's just left open ended with no sign of hope that it'll be continued. In all, I love the main character and just how different this was! I think this kind of reminds me of the story Saver (another beloved story that got cut short *weeps*), it has the same type of 'prophecy'/important main character feel but a lot less tense and dark.
Also: My hopes were probably further brought down because I was anticipating so much in future chapters (or of what could happen/branch off plot-wise) but it's all for naught. It's not even close to the climax yet (or so it seems). For 9 volumes not much has happened.
I am glad I read this, even though I'm so, so sad... Just gotta keep hoping the mangaka will bring this back!!

this is one of my favite gender blender, fantasy manga!!!!
but it stops at a cliff hanger at volume 9 and its on HIATUS!!!!!
when i finshed its was on hiatus for 2 years and i have been waiting 3 long years for her to pick it back up, or is it a guy its just been so long since i look i dont remember any more!!!
they say that she/he will pick it up but i have a hard time beliveing that seeing how long its been since she/he stopped...
so i recomend if you want a full story WITHOUT a cliff hanger then stay clear off this seires like a plague entale she/he finshes IT!!!!!
so... it would be a 10 if complete with out a cliffhanger but since it does i give it a 6

I have to say that this manhwa was pretty decent (minus that fact that it's on hiatus). I actually liked the art and the plot itself is pretty good. I agree pretty much with all the positive aspects of my fellow users comments. My only complaint was the female lead. She was awesome in the beginning but then someone stopped being Ms. Action girl all of the sudden. If you're looking for Genre Savvy Genius then don't read this. However, she's not typical in most respects and is not a complete ditz and is competent.
One idea isn't enough to make a good manhwa

It could have been a no-brain and amusing read. But it failed long before the hiatus.
The main idea was to imagine a violent society where women lead and men were despised slaves. That's not very original, as Greek people thought of this 2500 years ago with the fictionary amazons, but the theme is interesting nonetheless. The author then added some heroic fantasy ingredients (magic, dragons, sword fights) and a heavy "shoujo" background (pretty boys, love stories...). All this made the first two volumes fast paced. I didn't try to think too much, just to get by the flow, so at this stage my only complaint was the low quality of the drawings.
But then the rhythm changed. From the second half of the third volume to the end of vol.4, not much happened. The inconsistency also increased too much to be ignored. The story telling went weird, with big gaps between scenes. For example, the heroine is lost in the forest, then the next picture she is at a camp, and a sentence tells us she just managed to meet the people that were about to search for her in the city o_O
But the real decay comes with vol.5 onwards. The author probably lacked inspiration in his story, so she went backwards. For at least 3 volumes, the initial story doesn't make any progress, and we're locked into a boring flashback. Not much is new in this past, as we've already been told the output.
I haven't looked at vol.8&9, but I can't be surprised the author dropped this series. Why so late?
BTW, the rumors about a new vol10 are a hoax. A former translator said that the 52 new pages that have been labeled "new" are just an old draft. There won't be an end to this series. In fact, no end was ever planned, there's just been a quick start and a long aimless drag.

Pretty cool that this series was restarted. XD It's just so darn interesting not to mention original. Just luv how the artwork has matured from the earlier books to the newest one. Can't wait to finally buy it after so long.
Update: Is this series still on hiatus? I already have the Raws for volume 10 but here it's not yet stated as being On-Going.
If anyone else seen the raws, don't you think the art works changed ALOT. XD Not that I'm complaining since at least it's being continued.

Hopefully I'm not dreaming but I see it, 10 volumes ongoing which means Lee Mira has started it, continuing it! Yes, yes! I'm soo happy, I didn't want it to just end the way it did! I wanted to know more about both of the guys and their interactions with the heroine!
