So, is there any romance manga that you can recommend with a healer girl and a fighter/officer/warrior type guy?

Only one i can think about right now is, apart than Watashi no Messiah-sama that carlqt suggested, is Violinist of Hameln, but more than romance it's comedy 😀

i think most manga based on RPG's follow that format. like star ocean, tales series, etc.

Id- might be what your looking for, granted the main guy character does look like a girl 😀 , but is a very strong fighter. The main (elf) female character is a healer (but can fight a little to). still, like with flame of Recca, the romance is there but not central to the story.
