anyone else iffy about symphonia 2 being so bent on monster collecting? supposedly you can use the older characters but there going to be alot weaker than the pokem....monsters.

my favorites are phantasia(classic) and eternia. I hated symphonia, only liked the battle system, and ever since abyss came out, i have no more reason to play symphonia ever again.

Tales of the abyss was pretty good. I liked tear! But I'll hold off my vote for now because I'm still playing eternia and Vesperia. Though I'm just at 8 hrs in the game IMO vesperia seems to be pretty good and it might be better than abyss. Yuri's character is very interesting.

Don't only look straight, look also to the sides, usually the essential isn't in front of you, but beside you.

my fav is Symphonia followed by Legendia story was ok and the art and soundtracks were awesome in both of them, havent gotten around to playing the others yet 🙁

Guys, quick question, How many of you out there haven't gave Phantasia a try yet?

I encourage you to try it!!!! WHY? Because Phantasia has the most fascinating plot (personal opinion here 😀 ) if not the best of all Tales of games (haven't tried Vesperia yet due to the lack of an 360) 🙁

I suppose I should say what I chose.... Symphonia! It was the first one that I really got into. I really liked all of them but Symphonia holds a special place (a bias space) as the first one I played to completion in an addictive mania filled daze.

Don't have a 360 and have only played/witnessed Vesperia at a friend's house for two hours when he bought the game.

If only they hadn't dubbed the dialogs and removed the Japanese original song (listen to it >.&lt 😉 , it would have been the best RPG for PSP for me.

Tales of the Abyss was my favorite although I was pissed at the main character alot it was fun

Seriously... could not choose. I enjoyed them all. Though, Tales of Legendia, Tales of Abyss, and Tales of Symphonia more so than the others. Really enjoyed Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World though there are a few things I didn't care for.

If it weren't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.

Only played 'Tales of Symphonia', didn't like it much either :3 Story got too repetitive.

Tales of the Abyss, hands down.
