Speaking about endings that sucked. Who want to lynch makers of Lurren Garran for ending that sucked most of them all?

loved the ending, in a manga FULL of generic harem stuff it actually had a somewhat original ending.

Of course I'll still read it. If experience has taught me anything it is that half the people on the internet is retarded, fanboys/girls even more so.
I'll never stop reading until the end just because someone says it's bad. I'll make my own opinion about the end when I get there.

I'm tottaly with you, for me it would be maybe or if i was alredy reading i wolud keep going. So i just can't put yes or no.

That really depends. If the story itself sucked, then no. Definitely not. But if the course to the end of the story was good, then yeah, it's worth a read. The end of the story can't really justify the means of it. Well, sort of ;D

yup, ichigo 100%'s ending as it is now it's great.... honestly in my opinion it's one of the best endings i've seen.... completely unexpected... 🙂

I don't know why people say it was unexpected. Just because was Junpei's first love doesn't mean she had to win. The winds were blowing in 's direction from the latter half of the manga. didn't stand a chance in the last few volumes. It would have been a shock if she had 'won'.

had a good ending. I mean, this is the way I see it:

Toujou Aya was a great character. I liked her the best of all the girls there. Which is why I would NOT want her with Junpei. I mean, come on. Junpei is a spineless coward who jumps from girl to girl because he can't make any decisions. He's not a player, because he's not doing it on purpose, but still. Who would want a nice girl like Toujou Aya to fall for a guy like Junpei? IMO, she's too good for him. Even Nishino's too good for him. But due to main character syndrome, he's gotta end up with someone. Better Nishino than Toujou, me thinks.

Plus, it'd just be sooooo cliche for him to end up with Toujou Aya. and then people would complain that it's too generic. I guess you can't win with these types of manga.

i voted yes. for me, so long as i like the storyline, the ending would not really matter much. i mean, sure i'd be WTF when i reached the end but, it really wouldn't matter much. i read loads of shounen-ai and yaoi and there have been some endings that reeaally sucked! but since the storyline was nice and the character progression good, the ending wasn't a huge impact on me.

You're not weird, RandomChocolate! I absolutely think the same. But sometimes you just can't help it.
For example: I hated From far away when I was near the end. But I've come to somehow accept it after the last few, really good pages...! =D
(Although I never really wanted to...)

There are also good sides to judging a manga after its ending. But I guess every normal human being stops reading a manga they hate even if they hear the ending is good.
Or at least, more than two thirds of the world.

Personally, I've never read an ending I absolutely COULDN'T stand. Since I often only read those mangas to the very end where I truly love the characters or which have totally captivated me (yes, there are a lot of them, guys/girls), I was never totally disappointed with the ending of one.

Oh, by the way: Just because somebody tells me the ending is bad, I would still read it.
I mean, not every person thinks that Ichigo100% is great, and not everybody thinks Psyren is the best. (Never read that Ichigo100%, but Psyren - and that's way better than some other shounen-things that linger out there....blink.naruto)
Some people liked the end of Ichigo100% and some don't. Who tells me I'll be under those people who won't like the ending?

Lambchopsil i agree with you! i like Ichigo 100% too. the ending was fine to me i like how he got with her and not the girl he was always chasing because at the end she was the better one. i mean come on they both waited for each others when she was in American
