Anything about country or people that broadcasted in channel from X country (my home use cable TV), my mommy says "It's just X that make them look sooooo bad"

BUT, they're our parent, means they're older than us, means they have live longer than us, saw more than us. It could be that they had seen something that make the way of their thinking being like that.
And no internet long ago, information cannot be obtained as easy as we're now. Now, we could obtain information anytime anywhere and talk with someone in another part of the earth, SO easy to be open-minded.
