I don't really care either way, but if the individual is going to change his/her physical gender then it must be for the right reason and at the same time be mentally stable to have the surgery.
And as TimeManInJail said, this poll is not balanced nor is it a very good one.
Also, otakuness, it does not matter whether x0mbiec0rp is against you or not... what matters is that he finds this form of justification as flawed; therefore, he's trying to get a better justification for the answer/reasoning. So, try to find a better reason.

No, not really... when you are in a conversation about a particular reasoning, simply stating that something is your reasoning and that's that is not proper edict.
Now, he is not necessarily questioning your thoughts per se; what he is questioning is how you came to your conclusions. Therefore, you could at least try your best to answer him and not change the subject.
Oh, and Revi_Malsaneta, those that are ambivalent, or indifferent, still like to give their opinion; in addition, polls are mostly to show the general consensuses of a population (that participate at least). Therefore, it would be appropriate to take this option into consideration.

I think I would like to make some changes to the original poll, among which is adding a neutral option, but there is no way for the original poster to edit polls on this forum. There are, however, ways to word things without being quite so bombastic. <3

I think everyone's got the right to live their lives the way they want to; that is a SACRED right in my opinion, as in nobody should be stopped from pursuing life, liberty, health & happiness in whatever form is most natural to them. I'm quite religious and I think that this is actually a God-given right. To pursue your true self the way God made you, however you are, is your sacred right.
So transsexuality isn't really an issue for me. My best friend growing up was MTF, and I've had other friends and colleagues since, who are either transgender or transsexual. What's the big deal anyway? I think the quality of the person matters a lot more than whatever external "packaging" (i.e. sex) they choose. 😃
