Manga that treat pedophilia seriously?

This might be a tough nut to crack, but are there any manga that instead of treating loli/shota as a fetish fuel, touch upon the subject of pedophilia in a serious manner, focusing on its psychological aspects, social stigmas behind it etc. and most importantly, not painting everything in black and white (i.e. not making the pedophile an inherently evil being, whose only purpose in life is to diddle kids)? Basically, I'm looking for Koi Kaze, but with a lolicon/shotacon instead of a siscon.
EDIT: Focus on recommending finished manga first and foremost. Only if you can't think of anything finished, you may recommend something that's ongoing.
Cardcaptor Sakura doesn´t apply then? 🤣 Ah Clamp...
Miman Renai could count and Watashi no Shounen (TAKANO Hitomi) is the manga you are looking for, as the protagonist isn´t a pedophile but things get complicated for her. Akkanbe Ikkyuu likely falls through your criteria, as the manga treats it as rape, but the opening volume goes over the indoctrination of boys into men only monasteries way back when.
You should also play The Last of Us or watch the cut-scenes.
Edit: Are you sure you finished TLoU? It´s hard to forget David, the standout villain of the game. I read an editorial on the quality of writing for him in the German GameStar, as it was that impressive that a AAA game bothered to give a cannibalistic pedophile actual dimension.
I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

From what I could read about it, Miman Renai isn't really what I'm looking for, since it's basically a pure vanilla romance, except between a 30-year-old guy and a 12-year-old girl for some reason. Watashi no Shounen on the other hand sounds like it fits pretty much 100%. Too bad it's still ongoing, as I'd definitely prefer something that's already finished, but it's a start.
As for Akkanbe Ikkyuu, not really what I'm looking for right now, but might be interesting to read regardless.
Thanks for the recommendations.

I've already seen a Let's Play of it some time ago and I completely don't get where you're coming from. There isn't even an implication of pedophilia in that game. It's just a father figure/daughter figure relationship.

Reading its summary I can see why you'd recommend it. It's not really what I'm looking for, unfortunately. I want pedophilia to be a central theme of the story that's happening throughout its course and not just a single plot point of another story.
