Aizen is such a magnificent bastard. The way he toyed with Ichigo throughout the chapter made his long, unneeded rambling tolerable.

Maybe one or two of these people can use their damned bankais when they Aizen! What the hell is this? They all know how strong he is and yet they don't come at him at full force.

And where the hell is Gin? I feel like I haven't seen him for months.

I do have to say that Aizen was pretty bad ass this chapter, but I could have done without the usual "you need hate to kill me" speech. Next, he will tell Ichigo that friends are useless.

Frankly I ( as usual ) wanted Kenpachi to Barge in Ruin Aizen's day.

But I seriously cant see a reason why Aizen turned this way. I know he been telling it all along throughout the chapters yet I kinda feel the undelying cause will be some crazy thing like he did not get enough love from his parents or he is not as cool as other captains blah blah. Well Kubo will never fail to amuse me >.>

i want urahara to come back we havnt seen him in ages, yea chapter was ok just wish aizen got hurt for once, haha, i would pay good money to see urahara up against aizen now that would be a good twist

Some time i've got a feeling that that fox guy - Ichimaru Gin - is not what he seems to be. I mean Aizen is dirtying his hands and Gin is not even in a corner with that annoying treacherous smile of his. Wouldn't surprise me to see who's the real boss down there.
Also Urahara is about time to prepare his good clothes and show his a$$ around the corner.
From the very beginning Urahara and Aizen made an unofficial contest of who knows better the script. I mean always it was :
Aizen : I knew it...As expected...As planned
and
Urahara : Oh...acha ta... did he actually become one? ....Did he really do it?...that was what i was afraid of...
Both of em knew every next corner... so isn't it about time to see the 2 masterminds opposing each other?
All in all, not so bad...ichigos' expression was something that i enjoyed...still expecting the revelation from Gin... com' on u foxy !@$^@rd do ur tricks..

I think that the episode was nothing special, just the usual talk about how Aizen is powerful as a God and that everyone will go against him, bla, bla. On the other hand, Aizen is finally interested in Ichigo a little bit than the last time he saw him. Well, we all pretty much know, that the biggest Pocket Ace's are about to come to the game later on. I mean, when Kisuke and Isshin are in, THAT will be one hell of a fight. Shit, can't wait. And when that time comes, now we'll have some excitement running on our back... I hope...

This chapter had some good points but overal it was severly lacking and leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

On the one hand Aizen is still a God, easily dispatching Ichigo's attempt to kill him. It's always great to see him act badass, whether it's the first time or the 30th time. Also Kubo's did a good job with the side characters, mainly Komamura, instead of leaving them in the background he's actually made them take part.

But this all comes at the cost of making Ichigo look weak. Seriously, right now he looks weaker than a kid who gets bullied at school. There really is no excuse, Unohana healed all of his injuries and spiritual energy, so he was fighting at full strength, he still hasn't seen Aizen's shikai and he's being played with like a toy. And the only thing he could do was stare at Aizen when he was talking, didn't have the guts to talk back. Aizen said to him you've saved Orihime, none of your friends have died so you really have no place being here, hello Ichigo did you forget that Aizen wants to destroy the town where you, your family and firends live? DId you forget about the whole SS arc, how Aizen basically staged all of that? Grow some balls please.

Anyway that's my rant for the day. Good chapter but once again Ichigo is a sorry sight.

Actually, in this whole chap, nothing happened; very disappointing.

And Ichimaru Gin...again its so obvious he's just magically "disappeared" from the battle just to make a sudden appearence later. Its like when you roll a 20 on a d20 and the Dungeon Master says "there are no traps, you checked correctly" and then "you step on a trap, you die". I bet he will sneakily kill the Chief Captain, no less.

So... didn't Unohana pretty much confirm that Ichigo should've had 2x more reiatsu than the captains (and probably even the other vaizards). Especially now that he got a new (at least in design) hollow mask... Or maybe he needs to transform into his new berserk form? I wonder if that was a resureccion, like Tousen's...

Well we've all known for a long time that "power levels" are all wrong in Bleach, so there's no surprise Aizen still owned Ichigo. One thing is for sure though: we need some new bad guys.

Erm...Wasn't too bad.I mean...Aizen was cool. I miss Urahara though...He's the only one who'll be able to do anything.
And remember what Aizen said about powerless companions just being deadweights? Well thats exactly what all of you captains/vaizards are. But at least it was nice of them to offer their help.

Nothing was solved. Aizen just seemed to be stronger without his shikai. At one point, I thought, maybe Aizen did show Ichigo his shikai without him realizing. Hopefully, the fight begins next chapter.
