I don't think Ichigo is gonna end this fight, someone else has to get involved because Aizen took out everyone so far and I don't think the people left behind in The Night stand a chance. This brings it to Uruhara, Yoruichi, and what became of Tatsuki, Asago, and the kid with the cell phone. Also Isshin and Ishida's dad. Either these people or an entirely new character. Who knows, guessing is the most fun I can have right now.

One good pointer / reminder from a friend.
All are getting excited about Aizen using..or better NOT using his Shikai...
Should we remind all that he has also Bankai?!?!
Let alone Hollow form...and maybe in a perfect form??
Oh...forgot...he HAD..some eons ago double the reiatsu of a captain...
I'm afraid to imagine what could be if he used everything.

Nice of them to offer their help but most likely a waste of time, unless all of them had a massive team strategy meeting. But in all seriousness let's take a look at the chances the following people have against Aizen.

Toshiro and Komamura have no chance, both were owned by Aizen in the SS arc.
Soi Fon may be slightly faster than Aizen but she still doesn't have her left arm and she can't use her bankai after using it twice already in one day (i think her ideal usage is once every three days or something)
Omaeda - seriously what is he even doing there?
Lisa was a former vice-captain, so not much chance
Shinji - well he had the best chance out of all them, but Aizen made quick work of his shikai so he only has his bankai left
Love and Rose - both former captains and vaizards but were owned badly by Stark.
Shunsui owned Stark with just his shikai so out of all of them he probably has the best cance of at least slowing Aizen down

So Aizen basically brought his goons to their death and is unaffected by it. He better have some real skills up his ass seeing how confident he is.

This showdown went pretty much as I predicted. All bad guys die; all good guys lives. Perhaps that pigtail girl is gonna die, but I doubt it. 😀 😎

Aizen is way to powerful to be beaten here. When the captains got togeter around Ichigo I didn't see Yamamoto is he fighting Gin?
