A new left or right.

So when you cross your hands like this (click on thumbnail for better view - don't mean anything religious, but that was the best picture I found off of Google):

is your left or right thumb on top?

They say that if your left thumb is on top, like mine, then you're more of a math/science person. If your right thumb is on top, then you're more of an artsy person.

For me, having my right thumb on top just doesn't feel right.

I believe the matter about which thumb is being on top with the right or left is also used for biology to determine some dominate trait. I don't know if left or right will be more common in the regular population since I would think dominate would occur more often.

But I guess it's true about whether a person is more math and science inclined or an art and creative person since my right thumb is on top in a self hand hold.

One person I met said that when she used the left side of her brain her left ear would turn red and the same was true for when she was using the right side of her brain, and so people would sort of freak out it seems since they would ask her what's up with or what's wrong with her ear. 🤣

Funny that my left thumb tends to be on top but I'm more in the arts than sciences.

Although I used to focus a lot in the math and science areas before as well.

First: I'll warn you guys... Kaioh doesn't seem to like threads with repeat titles, so you better no go around doing that all the time.

Second: Why would I ever cross my hands in that fashion? Maybe Christians do so to pray or something, but I never remember crossing my hands, except for playing volley-ball. But for volley ball you fold your hands differently and you don't put either of the thumbs on the other.
(Yes you guessed I'm not Christian, so what?)

Third: Any theories on that are most likely to be a load of bull****.

Fourth: Now that I tried it, I feel more comfortable with my right thumb up... and I'm NOT an arts person.

My left thumb feels more natural on top. Something i;ve wondered though does the same thing aplly when you are holding hands with someone? Because if there is a certain way they feel comfortable when they are connected, then how about when they connect to another hand?

Right on top though I would also agree with everyone else, are you sure you don't have the theories switched? I can draw a tad bit but...well...let's not go there. I'm pretty good in maths and science, though I'm not a wiz at it.

Left for me, right doesn't feel right 🙂

well, im both math-science and arts kinda person ("Ort Ebin high-school for science, arts and communication" rocks!) so i guess its not relevant to me, but my right thumb goes top.
