I never personally got past the 10th chapter of this one, I not actually sure if its S&M but its diffidently far out in that aspect. Try out Sundome if it suits your taste then great but I'm still not sure how much it goes into the whole S&M aspect.

Then you got Kanojo wa Kannou Shousetsuka which is about an editor working for an erotic S&M manga, as far as the actually S&M in the manga, I don't know, so check it out yourself lol.
