They clean themselves (via discharge and whatnot). The only organ in the human body that does that I think.

Anyway douches are actually bad for you because it changes acidity and can give you a yeast infection. It also makes it more likely that you will get an STD because it cleans out the bacteria and cells that you need in there. 🙁

A penis or vagina can be clean or dirty depending on if you take care of yourself. I don't think one is worse than the other.
