actually i have a wierd habit, when i talk to someone i don't know or am in an uncomforable situation my voice becomes higher pitched and softer. it can also change in mid conversation, if the topic strays to something i'm not sure of. i usually have to catch myself and switch back, by which time people are looking at me funny. but in my opinion even my soft voice is still masculine, appearently not everyone thinks so.
