Hello, this goes to the experts on yaoi 😀 , I want to read a story from Yamada Yugi but she has lots...so, for someone who has read several stories of this mangaka, which one is your favourite and why?

I still don't know what her style is..I am just interested..so any opinions to have a big picture about it would help. ^^

I liked Darenimo Aisarenai and Boku ni Datte Iibun ga Aru.

Is there a particular reason you want her work (just curious)?

Same here. I really enjoyed the fact that they knew each other before and afterwards fell in love, which started their homosexual relationship.

Ah, but then again, I also enjoyed Saigo no Door wo Shimero! It's hilarious, like most of her works. 😛

Well..I don't know, there is something in the covers that calls my attention, since there doesn't seem to be girly crying ukes..and some stories seem to be more "real" besides I was watching one ova, and although I didn't like the way they did it, the story was kind of appealing and the art style seems interesting, different from usual.
I have to read that work from the ova,Saigo no Door wo Shimero!, but I can't find good scanlations and it is not completely scanlated either..

Hmm Darenimo Aisarenai, I'll have to try this, 'cause one of the things I hate is that I-love-you-just-because

Yume wo Miru Hima mo Nai was very nice.
But I haven't read much of her other works.

I liked Darenimo Aisarenai, it is not great but I would give it a 7, what I like the most is that the story feels real and it is just as a I thought, the uke is not a teary, almost-girl one, he is strong enough to be at the same level as the seme.
This is a nice mangaka ^^
Thanks guys 🙂

I like Yamada Yuki. ^^ Her stories feel kind of realistic, and I like the best-friends-to-lovers dynamic she uses a lot. Her art isn't the best out there, though.
I liked Yume wo Miru Hima mo Nai because of the planes!

Well, this was the firts manga I've read from Yamada Yugi, it's wonderful [somehow weird] but leaves you with a lot of emotions and hope . It's really amazing, specially the oneshot Summertime Memory, that was the first manga [thought it's a oneshot] that i started reading.and from then on, it's just awesomeness=D

That one is actually by Kunieda Saika! I like her a lot.

I'm not really a fan of Yamada Yugi, sorry. But my favorite is probably Darenimo Aisarenai, which has been mentioned a few times already.

Yamada Yugi - Definitely a highly recommended author from me!!!

I love the tender and deep ambience around in her stories. Some people may find her drawing is not so "beautiful". But to me, It's very attractive, especially the way she draws the eyes. Those expressive eyes!

Kunieda Saika is another talented one with the plot. Something like "still waters run deep", u know!

Yamada Yugi is definitely one of my most favourite yaoi mangaka - together with Tsuta Suzuki - their style is somewhat similar though the art is not. In her stories is something that makes you burst in laugh every time you read it. I don't know which one to recommend because I think everything is amazing, but if I had to then I think it would be Saigo no Door wo Shimero! (it doesn't matter that it isn't completly scanlated, the fist volume has quite nice ending so you can just think that it is the end) or Ore wa Warukunai But as I said before you should read everything, I bet you won't regret.

Well, maybe you will consider not reading her incomplete series. ' Coz it's too frustrating to wait for them coming. 😀 I'm now longing for the series "Isshou Tsuzukerarenai Shigoto". Seem like it takes forever to come out!!! 🙁

I recommend you "Into your heart through the door". It's amazingly sweet and cute and touching and moving!

Actually I recommend all of her works 😀 And I guess by this time, you already finish them 😀 But it doesn't hurt to talk so 😀
