in case you forgot he did do it to himself he has the other chakra of the kyuubi inside of him and naruto has another. why did he chose naruto idk im not the manga creator i assume that it would be because he expected his son to be able to handle the power and not be corrupted but this only my speculation

that's assuming his sealing technique was the same as what Sarutobi did himself. it was never clarified if they were one and the same. and you kind of proved my point there too. if his father thought he could handle it and not be corrupted then, why keep him from trying to control it. we've seen twice there are some Jinchuriki's who can control their Bijuu's. so why keep Naruto from doing that as well?

dont know what your getting at with bringin up sarutobi but if you read chapter 370 pg 13 jiraiya states that naruto only has the light chakra sealed inside him and the dark chakra is inside minato. as for me proving your point i did no such thing all i stated was that the father may have thought his son could handle the power and not be corrupted but obviously that isnt the case as soon as he unleashes the 3rd tail he loses his mind or was it the 4th tail not to sure on that so its obvious that naruto cant handle the kyuubi yet he might learn to but as it stands now its way to dangerous for him to use that power.

my point when i brought up Sarutobi was that the sealing move him and Minato did were supposed to be the same yet it was possible it could have been different in the result. and you did prove my point. what i was trying to convey was that if Minato thought that his son could handle it, then what was Yamato doing telling him not to even try? looking at how there's two Jinchuriki's who have full control over their Bijuu's mean Minato wasn't off the mark in believing his son could control his Bijuu.

he loses control if theyre was a dog out there that wouldnt stop attacking you would you
A) Tie it up so that it wouldnt be able to attack you
or
B)let the dog roam wild and allow to attack you till it or you die
its common sense he cant control he has lost control twice already and thats not even at full power not to mention the enormous strain it has on his body which that alone is possible to kill him im sure he can learn how to unleash it without losing control but chances are he will keep loosing control every time and just because his father thinks he can withstand that much power doesnt mean anything the father may think he can survive a stab wound to the head chances of that happening are really low.

well my way of thinking is if Killerbee was able to do it as well as Yugito. then at least let Naruto learn how to do it. you can't just sit back an ignore a problem all together. if it's there you can work your way around it or even solve it. what was presented by Yamato at the time made it seem like neither option is ever available. what i was getting at was his father probably at least knew, like you said before as well, he'll someday be able to control it. but at the way Yamato presented it and how Naruto is taking it, is as if he shouldn't even bother.
