but japan drags it ass so much with embracing new tech (that would kill off an industry) that the publishers wont try it, and i believe that the mangaka dont own their works after they are published, and in they couldn't take an existing franchise and just release new shit online.

so with no way to publish the manga without an 18+, with non porn wipeing their hands, and no one going to online publishing to circumvent the ban, assume that either all risky seriese will be either tamed, or ended.
