I tend to trust actions more then words. If a person frequently follows through w/ what they say they were going to do I tend to trust them more, but not completely. No one can really be completely trusted, in fact you cannot even trust yourself. This is because everyone has there own desires that might influence them to break their word. In regards to not being able to trust yourself, everyone's brain is hard wired to preceive infomation by filling in missing peices of information. Just read the following:
