Thats not what i meant. Im just asking if phase 2 has already come to an end, not the whole manga (i wouldnt mind if the manga goes on). If it isnt ill just wait till it does bc i want to read the whole arc at once.

Personally, I like reading along with a manga as it's released. The cliffhangers, the speculation etc.. doesn't really work if you can read the whole thing in one go.
Purely looking at the story I'd say Gantz has one or two more story arcs left.
The only way I could see this going on 'forever' is it's done like Jojo's Bizarre Adventures, where each new story arc is almost completely different from the last with different characters, different setting, etc..

Yes, it ended. Phase 3 will come out on October 1st.
