As the title says, I've just started reading manga and wanted to get recommendations for them. I've only read a few, so please give me some good ones. (Most notable one I've read is Yofukashi no Uta ( Call of the Night ), Which I would like to read some that are similar. Action Mangas are most welcomed.

Welcome to the community.
Since you are still new, I am really afraid to suggest you some good manga and poor manga.
It might heighten your sense of taste on manga and cause you to not enjoy other mediocre manga and eventually will lose interest easily.
You still have a long journey to go.
So I would give you some mid range recommendation.

Mouryou no Yurikago
GE - Good Ending
Eden no Ori
Fukushuu Kyoushitsu
Kangoku Jikken
Watashi ni xx Shinasai!
Suzuka
Kimi no Iru Machi

Hm... It's a bit hard to offer recs when you've listed only one manga and a very broad genre. Did you enjoy Call of the Night? And if so, what did you enjoy about it? (Ex: the relationship between the characters, the vampire lore, etc.) Describing what stories you generally tend to like in other mediums, like books or movies, could also help us pinpoint better recommendations to give.

But, if you're just starting out... you could try some "classic" shounen action stuff?

For instance, Full Metal Alchemist -- still extremely popular to this day, and for good reason.

There's also the more recent Astra Lost in Space, which is a fun, relatively short, sci-fi series with some nice twists that doesn't outstay its welcome.

Helck is also a very fun, recent-ish series.

And I personally really, really liked Tanabe Yellow's Kekkaishi and her later Birdmen.

As for lesser known manga, you might also enjoy Urami Koi, Koi, Urami Koi. -- it's a fun little supernatural action series with some romance.
