I'm going with the old Ichigo.
In the beginning he had more confidence and a badass aura.
The art in the recent chapters are a little better though.

Gotta say the recent art is better, but that's it.
The old Ichigo was badass, doesn't take shit from anyone, and pummels everyone that gets in his way.
Now, He gets his ass kicked constantly and he's a hairs breath away from an emo bastard. give it a few weeks and he's gonna cut himself with zangetsu. (that's why I dropped it)

ichigo's look now is much better than the beginning [he looked so liddo' kiddish..]
but personality/attitude wise,i'll go with the old ichigo.

... I stoped reading bleach when the new arc started because i didnt felt like reading the typical shonen manga. It wasnt really Ichigo's fault but the whole setting. Bad guys turning good... the bad guy that wasnt really bad, thats Watching over his/her sister/brother, that comes at the last moment to save the day. The grumpy guy that's sad cuz not strong anymore. And now with the introduction of sheng long that can revive people it just well 😛 doesnt make me want to read it.

I dunno. They're both great in their own ways. Old one because he was a funny badass, recent one because he has more depth (at least as far as I've read...).

But i prefer the more recent artwork.
