Try looking through the releases at Esthetique's website or asking in their forums. It's one of their projects that they typed their own dialogue into.

I looked through Esthetique's releases and the only shoujo resembling that artwork is Anata e no Tsuki . But that's not it, might be another story (not yet scanlated) in the volume though.

That type of artwork is too generic. O_O

Anyway my answer was Love Gashapon, which I am pretty sure is what it is. I think the separate story the image is from has not yet been released by Esthetique though...

Chocoroll is correct. One of the staff members answered someone in the shoutbox on their site. It is from Love Gashapon.
