If you want to keep reading the series, I suggest you find the raws yourself and read them. I'm guessing you have no idea how much hard work goes into translating just one chapter, let alone a whole series. Quit being so ungrateful.

Yeah, it's a mature manga sense it's very erotic and will deal with the whole SM thing. Plus this series is on Young Animal which is a Seinen Magazine which also has Berserk and Yuria 100.
