there are some people I know that while I don't dislike them, I'm not capable of caring enough to call them friend even though I can sometimes hang out and enjoy being around them.

I can get along with anyone because I'm naturally well-mannered. As for friendships, well, I don't remember any friendship that has lasted longer than a few months... I just don't like people who get boring/predictable after a while. And everybody gets boring after a while because they are either too eager to share stuff about themselves or are so mysterious that I am sure it's the whole sphinx-without-a-secret deal. But if the person is boring to begin with, I can't even 'start' a friendship there!
