One of the new guys who shares a office with me at university was just getting ready to leave and saw me here in the forum and remarked that we both use baka updates. I said yes, but i only use the manga page and actually use the foum more than read manga. He asked me what my user name was, i said Bully_Jesus, and he said: Oh, your that guy.

                   What are the chances of that? Ok, i don't know how many people read the forums and do not post, but still. So far there have been maybe 10-15 ( tops 50 ) germans on this forum and i am the only one who has stayed active for a longer amount of time. So what are the chances of one of my 100 co students in my institute actually knowing Bully_jesus? Small i would say.   
         maybe he is one of those internet predators i have problems believing in.    😲      😲      😲      😲      😲   

Has something similar ever happend to one of you?

3: Considering he's telling the truth and so are you. Considering BU is very popular among manga sites. Considering you are very popular on BU. Then it is possible that this thing happened.

Wait....there was this one time....this online person on neopet got a little too attached to me. I was off line for 4 days and I got about 40 neomail asking me why I'm not online and why I despise her. Eventually, I had to sever this before anything else happens. Oh yeah, I reported to the neopet mod and got her frozen for long time harassment.

Anyway, I think it would be interesting to meet someone I've talked to on here, but I'd be super embarrassed cuz I'm pretty sure by now that the majority of the regular posters on here know that I <3 yaoi when a total of...2 people know the extent of it in my personal life 🤣

Nothing of the sort has happened to me, but my friends tell me all the time how they meet people on myspace and run into them in real life 😃

Last summer, when I posted 3333 posts on a forum for my university... like, half the freshman class at my university knew me off the bat when they came to school. So like, there were at least 20 people who said hi without me knowing them. It's a good feeling. 🙂

A while back, I met this one girl who just moved out of a town... and I'd just moved into that town... and so, we chatted... and so a year later, she flew in from Cali to visit her old friends and stuff... and we met.

Hahah... yaoi. I don't think it's that big of a deal.... I mean, would your friends really stop being friends with you if they knew what you were into? Bah. I'd say those kinds of friends are losers. 😛

It's a small world after all... Heh, that's pretty cool.

You never know though, y'know. The internet has made the world a much smaller place, some person you bump into on the way to work might be someone you've conversed with at some point in the digital world and you'd never know it. Personally I'd love to meet someone around here and find out they were someone I know online from here or somewhere similar. Mostly because none of my friends give two shits about anime or manga and it'd be nice to know a real person that was into it. Not that you people aren't real people, but you know what I mean.

As far as meeting people in real life that you know from online, I actually traveled about 3000 miles (Virginia to California) to meet someone I met online. After months of online chit chat and about a year of phone conversations. I was even all set to move there. I was about 20 years old and had nothing much going on here at the time, but I ended up staying. 🙁

haha i had a friend ask me about H once (because im the ani/manga friend in our lil group) 😲 and when i told him i thought it was lame and doujins were better, i got this kind of disgusted look. who was the one asking about H in the first place? some ppl trip me out(we're still cool tho, actually heading out to the night life in a few hours)

its pretty crazy to think who everybody on here is in real life, i prefer the mystery tho
