I've got a few:
-When spoons and forks scratch (or touch or whatever) a plate.
-When you pull those bendy straws to make it straight or longer.
-Knuckle cracking. Or any bone cracking.
-When I touch the flush handle in a public toilet..that's why I always use my foot to flush those things...

Feet.

Sometimes they don't freak me out, but there are times where I see them and it'll feel like there are chunks of food trying to escape my throat. 🤢

One culturally specific thing that never fails to gross me out in manga is when people lick other peoples wounds. It's mostly presented as a romantic/sexual gesture, but I always end up thinking about blood-borne diseases and cannibalism.

The flappy noises that moths make. Thick, heavy flap-flap noises.

Styrofoam.

A good horror movie should give me chills too, but those are good creepy chills <3

Once when I was an innocent child I was flipping through manga at the bookstore and opened to a page in Kiss Me Kill Me where some guy holds a pair of pliers and says to another one, "You have pretty nipples. But they could use some more color. How about red?" 🤢 Now both pliers and nipples make me shudder.

I bet that's weirder than your own phobias.
