(a) feels the need to be feminine for a guy to love him?
(Examples - Kaze ni Chiru Hanabira to Kisu although it's not yaoi,
Second oneshot from No.99: Ningen Omocha)

(b) hides his manhood during sex because he thinks the seme would be disgusted
(Example - Dog Style; not angsty but uke hides it)
