I'm searching for manga suggestions about adoption; the main character or an other character were adopted, and he/she/they want to find about their biological parents and wish to meet them or meet them in the end. I'm okay with both serious or funny storyline; I'm okay with shoujo, josei, seinen, yaoi or yuri genre. Thank you.

Mmmm......well, I can't swear just how well they'll match up with exactly what you're looking for, but I've only got a few I'd recommend that carry the "adoption" tag to mention anyway, so I'll let you be the judge of them 🙂

Hoshikawa Ginza Yonchoume, Kiryuuin Kaya ni Chi o Suwareru Dake no Kantan na Oshigoto, Shiawase Kissa 3-choume, Shion no Ou, Taiyou no Ie and Usagi Drop (which is also about the only one I remember well enough/think is closest to the rest of what you describe).

Kodomo wa Wakatte Agenai is the only one I can think of. Though she isn't adopted, the entire story is centered on the main character's desire to meet their birth father.
