Well, Konohamaru may have defeated the Pein with his Rasengan, even though that Pein didn't show serious external damage, but the Rasengan may have damaged the internal of Pein's body which may result in not being able to receive Chakra and commands from the "transmitter". So, that Pein may have become worthless, since it may not be able to move.
In my opinion Pein's technique looks very similar to that "puppet technique" of the Hidden Sand Village where the practioner sends chakra and commands through the threads, while Pein's technique is totally wireless (just like a network with wifi).
Also I think the natural enemy for Pein may be Hinata and Neji, since their Clan knows how to block chakra flows in an opponent's body, which results in not able to use chakra and not able to move at all.

Person above: Because the question asks: Do you really think a person or a group controls.......
This leads to one to wonder... Are you asking if we think a single person is controlling or a single group? Or even worse... Is anyone even controlling at all?
Proper rewording would be something like: Do you really think a single person is controlling...... Yes or no?
or you could do: Do you think a single person or a group is controlling... Single person or Group? for answers.
Poll question aside, while I do think it was rather absurd for Konohamaru to learn the Rasengan since Konohamaru isn't really the disciple of Naruto, more of a role model, unlike the others who have learned Rasengan, it wasn't as if Konohamaru learned it in a day. He probably trained a lot and he had Naruto teach him tricks, unlike Jiraiya who had Naruto figure it out by himself.
As for the Pein thing... I don't want to hope for anything only to be disappointed. But I do hope the story will be good :3
I dont quite take your point: the poll asks if we think there's someone (single OR group) inside Konoha controlling the Pains. It can be answered with a yes ("i think there's someone -group/single- in konoha" ; ) or no("no i dont think there's someone -group/single- in konoha/at all " ) , imho.
You answer "no" if you think there's someone but NOT in Konoha or if you think there is really no one controlling, for example. Yes for all the other options. Or not? O_o
All i can notice, its maybe the misplacement of REALLY in the phrase, but it doesnt detracts meaning to the question, at least imho.
