I believe it's Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu by MINAMI Kanan

The second cover definitely features "Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu" by Minami Kanan. The first cover is a mix of heroines from Sho-Comi series, I'm pretty sure. The girl holding the Sho-Comi "sign" is from "Houkago Orange" (by Kumagai Kyoko).
