Yukari from Paradise Kiss - she has a great personality for a manga heroine, stubborn, strong and funny. It's nice to see how she changes her life and stands before her family and other people.
Yamada from Honey and Clover - Again, a strong girl! But in this case she has a bit of sadness because of a unrequired love.
I really like Nodame and Sumire-chan too.
