I haven't gotten to the part where Hollow Ichigo is a big character so maybe i shouldn't be voting.
But from what I know, I vote Ichigo.
I'm not really for the "dark" stuff.

But staying on topic I'd say regular ichigo. Hollow ichigo has yet to make me laugh, He just put me in a "HOLY SH*T THATS BAD ASS'' kinda mood.

why? well, many reasons, i like it better if someone is on the "good" site but is really freaky , and isn´t Holow Ichigo a bit like Alucard^^

The two have clearly different appearances, personalities, abilities (eg. Byakuya fight), moral values....They really don't have very much in common, so I think they can count as two characters. This is especially true after they fought each other.
More on topic, Ichigo always annoyed me, but Hollow Ichigo is just awesome.

Actually hollow ichigo is his inner hollow, just like zangetsu e is an entirely different personality than ichigo. A good example is Lucy from Elfen Lied she has Lucy, then Nyu two different people one body. 😛
