It's his inner darkness, just like the dark side of the force in Anakin Skywalker. You wouldn't say that Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker are two different people. Hollow Ichigo even said that he was Ichigo. He is just a part of him. Part-whole does not equal different being.

LOL, stop worrying about if ichigo is one person or two, just enjoy the thread that CursedSasuke made. As for me i still prefer ichigo as the better one.

Definitely hollow Ichigo. He's a lot more fearless and and has more colorful character in battle
