Motomi Kyousuke is a girl, apparently. She uses a male pen name for some reason. Read the extras and side pages of Dengeki Daisy and you'll find out. 😀

I can't think of any but there are many mangakas that are also just pen names so I try not to address them directly genderwise, usually use s/he and him/her or just mangakas

Maya Mineo - author of one of the longest running (88 vol. and still ongoing) shojo/BL manga of all time - Patalliro!
also before the 70's most shojo manga were written by male authors.

My friend told me that shoujo was originally drawn and written by men. Maybe the industry didn't have a lot of women at the time?
One make mangaka would be Kiyo Kyujyo.
