Looking for adventure manga

Hello!
I am looking for adventure manga, with below criteria:
- adventure means our protagonists are set on journey, or at least, moving from place to place
- preferably on fictional world settings with several mystery or unexplored area left
- big focus on the exploration
- life threatening environment, e.g. the landscape or wildlife
- preferably no superpower for human
Basically I am looking for dangerous adventure manga with good world building,
but am avoiding cases where the adventure got overshadowed by other things such as battles, superpowers, politics, ulterior motives,
and especially cases where the environment doesn't even matter much in the story.
Hope you guys get what I meant. Thanks in advance!
Edit: lets take One Piece for example, if it focus more on avoiding the sea kings, surviving the weather and finding new poneglyphs, and less on beating the bad guy and saving everyone, then it might fit the bill. 🙂

7 Seeds has one of the best world-building I've ever read, and pretty much ticks all your criteria. Note though that it also has a very heavy psychological focus (with beautifully flawed characters), so might not be exactly what you're looking for if you want a lighter read. Still very highly recommended. (Don't let the old-school josei art put you off, the story's amazing.)
Made in Abyss - The chibi-fied styles of the characters can take a bit to get used to, but the way the mangaka draws the environment is wonderfully dynamic and perfectly fits the mystery of the "Abyss", a yet-to-be-fully-explored deep cavernous pit inhabited by dangerous creatures.
Drop by my fanfiction page! 😀 One Piece, Hetalia, Bleach, Harry Potter and more!

Cage of Edenthis fit all of your criteria, but i have to warn you it have a lot of ecchi moment.
Suicide Island this might somewhat fit your criteria. The MC is thrown to an unhabitated island along with dozen of other suicidial people. And he have to either survive or die, the manga is focusing on the survival, island exploration and character interaction.
The Promised Neverland this is the one i recommend the most, it have an amazing world building, the mistery is something that will amaze you every time it's revealed, and the enemy are something that the character can defeat with normal way.

Thanks for the suggestions!
Made in Abyss and The Promised Neverland sounds pretty interesting!
Too bad it won't be finished anytime soon.
7seeds has been stuck in my wish list for awhile, I can't seem to get past the cover art.
Definitely will force myseld to read this next.
Also finished Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou last week,
which also fit my criteria, albeit with more like a simplistic approach.
It is interesting to see them exploring new things (through their view),
but the adventure could get pretty lonely and depressing sometimes,
