Well, manga and anime arent much different in Nodame Cantabile though I just saw a bit of teh dorama and I never watch doramas coz I cant stand teh lack of talent or overacting 😛 ...but since Nodame Cantabile is based on music so anime helps you listen to the music and appreciate, besides, the seiyuus are amazing, so I vouch for teh anime.. 😀
