Does losing consciousness from lack of air count?

I almost blacked out when I had to go out to the town to buy some food. I had a very bad asthma and almost blacked out when I was walking on a hilly slope.

lol, I fainted twice in the shower when I didn't have enough sleep. I think sleep deprivation causes high blood pressure, and hot water made all the blood go in my brain. The nice thing about it is when I fell and hit my rib cage on the edge of the tub, although it was black purple afterward, it didn't hurt at that time. I guess thank god I wasn't taking a bath, probably would have drowned.

But after that experience, I guess I can see why people like auto-erotic asphyxiation...it's a pretty strange experience....

on the last saturday on january. i woke up in the mrning infront of the bathroom surrounded by persons in white while blood came out of my mouth. they thought i had a cramp attack since i bit my tongue (that´s were the blood came from) and brought me to the hospital were i had to stay till monday. in the end it was because my blood sugar was to low since my HbA1c got quite down over the last months and i became more sensible to insulin and i came back home with a hurting tongue, a strange wound on my hand and many bruises were the tried to get blood from me with their needles. otherwise i never fainted before and i don´t want to faint again

Bump

Nope, never. I am fairly healthy. Even when I had anaemia I was always jumping and playing about.

If by faint, you mean pass out from drinking too much, then yes. I don't remember this, but apparently I passed out from drinking when my parents' friend gave me beer when I was 4ish. I also remember another instance at 6 where I got drunk during a party after drinking black rice wine given to me by a different friend of my parents. I woke up the next day vaguely remembering puking in the bathroom. There's no drinking age so none of that was illegal technically, though it was stupid.

I'm guessing that you mean "anemia" rather than "amnesia". 🤣

Haven't fainted since the time I gave myself a concussion - once was more than enough.

Yes, I faint on a daily basis because of a medical condition called POTS. Every time I stand up I get dizzy, weak and sometimes faint blackout and fall to the ground or have a shaking fit.
So Im an expert on this topic 😐

Just once. I had a miscarriage then and I lost so much blood. My bp must have been so low. But I came to just after a few seconds.

Yes.

It happened one morning when I decided to try jogging for the first time. I didn't have much sleep but still decided to go. When I was about to cross the main street, I felt dizzy and next thing I knew I was on the ground. Good thing my father was with me. Lol I didn't even jog yet, we were only walking to warm up. It was only for a moment though. But afterwards I had a hard time walking and didn't have the energy to go back home... My dad said the people mist have thought I was drunk...

Really, it was a good thing I had someone with me. Or I would have banged my head on the floor or something 🙁
