I don't think so.
For starts, the tournament is way more complex.
And in the tournament you vote for the manga that you personally like, while here, I think is more like voting for the one that you think might win, even if you don't like it.

Unfortunately it seems like Naruto is going to win by miles...and that's only based on popularity. I don't want to discuss the issue of quality because that'll start a flame war for sure 🙂
Didn't D.gray-man pass or something? Because I would've surely voted for it, but then, my vote goes to Fairy Tail....GOGOGOGOOO FT!
Other stuff that I'd like to see winning would be FMA or DN...or even if I hadn't read it, Beck. Because we need more mangas like that. Yes the ones that gasp aren't centered around saving the world or peeking at as many naked girls as one can in an entire lifetime.

I'm gonna say GTO.
The biggest reason being, it's very different from most of the adventure-centric titles in the Shounen category, and thus should experience less division of votes.
On the other hand, those who are more fans of the epic-adventure types like Naruto and Bleach, are gonna be forced to pick one or the other.
(And should pick Bleach. The story may be just as silly, but at least the characters are entertaining.)
