Possible but highly unlikely especially with the Kages now. Except for Garra no one would accept Naruto as their superior. They already have a difficult time accepting Garra as their co-Kage and having a person the same age as Gaara ranking above them. I don't think their egos can take it.

what are you taking about?
Hokage don't need the approval of the other kages to be a kage. It need the approval of the Daimyo, advisors, jonins, and the people of Kohona.

Someone was talking about Naruto becoming the Sage of 10 paths which is ranking above Kage instead of Hokage bringing a whole new united world.
