I have forgotten the title and just can't seem to find it at all

Possibly one may have been a police/detective or something while other suspect or captive (may have stolen from the other or related to someone guy knows. I can't really remember).
The guy is taken to back house or hotel and cuffed and chained him to near windows/curtain rails/rods (??). Is left there standing. Guy possibly needs bathroom or something, but told to hold it i think.
Ends up escaping barefoot and without his things into the streets. Gets chased after and i think one of them injures foot.

I may have accidentally combined two different mangas (if i have sorry)
possible a oneshot in a volume or multiple chapters, not sure though sorry

The part that states "ends up escaping barefoot and without his things into the streets. Gets chased after and i think one of them injures foot" reminds me of Killing Stalking. Yoonbum (the victim or captive) is chained in a basement by Sangwoo.

There is a detective in the beginning who Sangwoo and Yoonbum both talked to, which you may have been mixed about? The detective had been confused about whether Sangwoo and Yoonbum had been related because Yoonbum had been caught breaking into Sangwoo's home and had claimed he and Sangwoo were cousins.
