WTF. This chapter was all over the place with its characters and events. It felt like Kishimoto was saying, "OK, let's just quickly summarize the next four chapters I'd been planning to do because the readership is getting bored with the manga right now."
For instance, it was weird was seeing Sasuke & co. running through the forest, Karin shouting for them to wait because "there's something up ahead" ...and then never finding out what that "something" was. But never mind that because 5 pages later, not only had they left that forest and made it to the Iron country, but they appeared to have been there long enough to have begun spying on the kages.
Anyway, I can't have been the only one thinking of the Empire Strikes Back while reading this chapter, right? I mean come on, those "samurai" look just like Storm Troopers!
I'm also disappointed at not getting to see the epic sexy no jutsu showdown.

They kind of reminded me of the soldiers from Jin-roh. Only with swords. Hopefully they prove to be as proficient. From the looks of it that armor looks thick enough to stop any hand-thrown weapons. So killing them from a distance won't be possible for a ninja. If they get into a fight with them it's have to be close quarter combat. In most cases anyway.

I can explain that. That something Karin was yelling was actually Kishimoto. He went into the manga and gave Team Hawk a portal telling them to hurry their asses up so that he can finish Naruto and move on to that mafia manga he's been wanting to do for a while.
Seriously, how the hell did they get there so quickly? Did hours pass between those two scenes where we saw them?

well they have been on the move for two days its very plausible they reached their target already. And seeing as how they set out around the same time gaara did and he arrived there this issue too it makes alot of sense that they would as well.
So is some bad shit gonna happen to gaara again? that sneeze seemed ominous. maybe the iron nation isn't to be trusted...

If you guys look carefully, you can see that it's snowing on their panels which indicates they arrived there already.
