I think the manga is this:
Kyou mo Ashita mo 🙂

The art style looks like it's by the mangaka Emura. So you might wanna check there.

I have to agree with it probably being something by Emura. I thought it might be W JUliet II, but it is not, though it has that style which is common in her work.
