3.the money was a loan from the gangster or some load people that take interest over 70% xDDD
4.the money has a very suspicous story behind it...

er i am a normal human so i have normal reaction if i found money.

100 dollars and lower -> taken.
101 dollars and higher -> police.

Free money... If i got the free money... I'd go buy some legit manga seeing as how expensive it is where i live... Way i see it is money = useful, $1 = money, $10 = money Therefore Me find money = me keep money, unless its inside of a wallet i find or something like that with identification.

But hey, how do you notice money in the restrooms? I wouldn't touch anything in a public restroom, let alone a suspicious envelope.

Well you have to touch the toilet paper at least, right? 🤣 Unless you're like that really weird girl I knew about a few years ago that would rip lots, and lots, and lots, and lots, and LOT of toilet paper off the roll and probably leave it on the floor, and then maybe used the untouched stuff. 😲 With a person that obsessed with cleanliness, it's a surprised she even left her house. 😐

But, money laying around like that ... I'd be suspicious, too, and probably turn it in to the police.
If the anonymous people really wanted to do something benevolent with $$, maybe they should have just made an anonymous donation to a charitable organization.

I had something similar happen to me during Christmas season. A guy handed me an envelope and I was kind of shocked 'cause I'd never seen this guy before and he's handing me an envelope? I thought it was meant for my boss (I was at work) so I asked [my boss] if I could open it. Inside I found $20 and a Christmas card with a note to 'pass it on'. It was nice. I've read about similar happenings. There are communities on livejournal dedicated to doing stuff like that. But if this were some 'random act of kindness' I think thousands of dollars to one person is a bit much. If it was only a few dollars, people wouldn't be so skeptical. Personally, I would turn that kind of money in to the police. Spending or keeping it would only make me feel guilty.

Need more random acts of kindness in America. If i found money and no one is in the vacinity, its all mine. Gotta pay for college somehow.
