Well was wondering if any manga was turn into an anime.
Must have some sort of description
Main character who is a male but a loveable character or you slowly love him how he is, something like onizuka but w/o the outrageous act he does to much >>>>pretty dangerous. Also should be about romance but doesn't mean hes a loser, just dense... or is consider a loser by "society" but he doesn't really care. Also gota be supder duper kind and trust people too much. ^^

Mmm...maybe the only thing that comes into my mind to fully match your discription is Shakugan no Shana anime. I disliked it though, because unless the main character is badass/strong, I don't usually like them. Espesially since he is way too caring and emotional, and trusts people/nice to people too. There's romance in it too. He is also very dense. But he becomes pretty strong later, and he cares about his friends/family a lot too, as well as innocent people.

Kaze no Stigma (Novel)/Kaze no Stigma - Kouen no Miko- the main character is strong and pretty badass, but he turns somewhat nice later on, and there's romance in here too. He's not a loser, actually people in his family consider him a "loser/outcast" because he was weak years ago before he abandoned his family[which is like a super strong clan or something, and uses fire as their main skill, but he uses a "supposedly inferior" element wind that the branch family of the clan uses, when he was suppose to be the heir to the fire shit or w/e], but he doesn't really give a crap, and other people besides their family thinks he's cool/strong.

Ga-rei Zero- the manga to anime is a tiny bit different, also the main heroine in manga looks different in the anime with shorter hair. The male character is pretty "loveable", he sorta makes you root for him. The romance between him and the heroine[kagura] is pretty cute. He's not a loser either, pretty strong, but a regular guy kinda guy so you can relate to how he's feeling kinda. He's not a bad guy, and nice enough to everybody, but he's not naive like you want him to be.

I recommend Ga-rei Zero, although I don't think the anime is done airing yet. All three of my recommendations have action in it, so if that's not your cup of tea... =[ hope I helped.
