It seems to be a very rare type! ^___^ An uke who is basically a rich brat (or a high ranked person if it's a fantasy type story), he's usually very pretty, has a willful, playful or manupulative personality and gets what he wants.
Examples:
Necratoholic
Kaoru Maniac
Ryuu no Yuigon

Here are a couple threads I found that may help you. They aren't EXACTLY what you are asking for but they involve Rich Uke's and some of them may be the bratty type. I am also going to add Blue Morning because I didn't see it listed.
