Not really into Final Fantasy but I do think that maybe Tifa and Lulu were maybe my favorites. Mainly because I never finish a Final Fantasy.

Of the playable characters, my favourite's Terra/Tina.... as for least favourite FFX-2 Yuna - they ruined her... oh how they ruined.

Favorite is Tifa followed by Agrias from Final Fantasy Tactic

I do agree Yuna is annoying but definitely the most useful female character due to her summon.

Other notable female I haven't seen said would be Yuffie who probably has one of the best female personality wise.
