But if you don't love the woman you are marrying would be the same than to lose the love between them, worse since you can't dispel an arranged marriage that easy and I believe that the worse thing is to be attached to someone you don't love for the rest of your live. For a poor girl to be force in a marriage with someone she have never even seen because of culture, economic agreement or religion just gives me a violent reaction (and I am a really calm person). There are those girls who doesn't mind and even like, but I believe that the majority do not like.

Tps2, there are a lot of reasons why you want to marry someone, and love happens to be the most common one now.. Who knows what it'll be in a few centuries..

It's a different culture, ... the girl has already known that she was going to marry that person since she was a child.. They've probably even played with each other, when they were children.. 🤣 She has already accepted it.. and they'll probably live like acquaintances/friends with each other.. Maybe even love will blossom out of it..

But you keep saying that a relationship can't exist without the magical powers of love.. I find that very naief.. There are plenty of relationships, where love isn't involved..

Though, I myself would want to marry someone I love.. But you have to realize that love is a never-ending process.. You can't just sit back and enjoy the ride.. What you descrived was the girl who have no problem with it, but there are those who are literaly "sold" to older men whom they never met. The first case I have no problem with, but the second does not makes my head. If you stard a relationship without love and let it grow slowly how to know if this love is not actualy accommodation? It is true that the love I speak is nearly extinct and usualy it fades, but what you descrived sounds to me a relation based on friendship not love which last more, but I am naive enough to wait for the magical power of love, since I believe that you do not choose who you love. By the way, once a girl have been ofered me in an arranged marriage, she never saw me before and she was so terrified she was trembling.

but i think guys just say they want to marry a virgin b/c they want somethin innocent and they want to be the only one who has been with you. they also want to have some experience so they can fuck you good and boost their ego.

Isn't that a very loose generalization? I don't like being someone's first unless they are in love with me and i with them. Because it's a moment that they will remember for their entire life. I don't want to be that for someone if it's just a passing thing for me.

Another way of looking at it, ignoring the psychology and whatnot: I never meant for what I said to apply to every person. Not every person enjoys being with a virgin, so obviously the 'rule' I said won't apply to every guy. Besides that, there are exceptions to almost every 'rule'. It's a fact of life. Unless it involves math, rules are bound to have exceptions.

Not that it really matters to me. It's not my business if or why other men like to be the first one to be with a girl.
