I wouldn't really call it "gothic", but I'm gonna say Ropeman. I'm not really sure what it is, but I know I liked it. Maybe it was just because it was weird.

Vassalord (highly recommended)
Deep Bloody Night
Glow Vampire
Kuroshitsuji doujinshis in general

also Cannon and the other mangaka's works are kind of gothic
same thing with ROCK'N'DOLLESS, but they only do doujinshi (not gothic, but a similar feeling)

It's not directly obvious, but I would say Koyoi wa Kimi to Chi no Kiss o fits that description.

Totally second Nekrateholic. Acid Flower is also really gothic, as is Vampire’s Portrait.

Edit: Crimson Cross would also suit even though it isn't explicitly BL. I mean there's no sex or overt declarations of love, but two guys are destructively obsessed with each other in a gothic way...

The works of Nakamura Asumiko often feel pretty gothic, most notably the gorgeous Coponicus no Kokyuu. It isn't scanlated, though. One that is being scanlated and is nearly as gothic-feeling is Barairo no Hoo no Koro.
