I'm sorry to ask what might seem like such a stupid quesiton, but I've seen the term 'lurk' here as a way to get some of the manga I'm looking for, but I'm not sure what it means, or where to do it.

Can somebody please explain? Does the website change with each group, or is it a constant place? And how does one 'lurk'?

I think it's when you are on a site
for example, MU but you don't talk in the forums but you listen in on what others are talking about.
It's a nicer way to say stalker. 🤣

I think you may be talking about the site gotlurk.net and the lurk irc group, which is mentioned in the mIRC guide found here.
