Maybe some from OKADAYA Tetuzoh?
SAKIRA also draws bara, but I'm not a big fan of the stories...

Are you looking for fluff, sexy shenanigans, or both? 🙂

I always feel Naono Bohra's works are a soft entry into bara (as an aesthetic):

Dakishimetakunai

Renai Tsuu from Hada no Ue no Renai Jijou
(Masculine forms but still idealized)
Madarame Hiro straddles a similar line, where masculine figures vary but the faces tend to be less traditional "bishounen":

Risou no Koibito is a great example: "Plain" protagonist is easily a lovable cinnamon roll
Matsumoto Inaki likes silliness and beefy boys, who can be plain, handsome, or more realistic depending on who you ask:

Kyokan Hunter
Uchida Kaoru is my go-to and truly epitomizes "big, muscular, and hairy" (per aesthetic definition of bara), although she does a great job of making these traits enhance characters' personalities:

Damatte Naite Irunodesu (definitely one of my favorites)
And, while Gengoroh Tagame's stories tend to be too intense for me most of the time, Otouto no Otto is utterly adorable and really important in humanizing gay characters (as Japan's LGBTQ+ community continues to struggle for more than fetishization in the publishing industry):

With Tagame and others' success, we're starting to see more openly LGBTQ+ creators across the BL genre, including Higefusa who has this glorious 😁 debut work:

Game-ya BL
And, before anyone says that the ladies on this list aren't true "bara", the term is REALLY arbitrary, not really looked upon favorably in Japan, and the general gist from creators is "we all like beefy men regardless of who we are; stop harshing our mellow" 😛. Sooo, yeah, enjoy the cuddly dudes!
